Wow, did I ever need to read this today! I too, am exhausted, and last week was a special combo of ennui and existential dread. I did not connect that at all to the calendar, but that totally makes sense. Also it's cooler here and I am seeing the sun a little less now. Turns out the condition of the environment probably matters quite a bit to our mindset!
